East West Yoga
The goal of East West Music and Dance is to spread joy through movement and music. In order to further this goal, we have found that yoga is an excellent balance and counterpart to this exploration of movement and music. In fact, yoga furthers this goal as the postures bring movement and awareness to the body and music can enhance such postures and deepen the experience. Therefore, our yoga division - East West Yoga - is now offering yoga classes!
East West's Yoga Intention
To bring the joy of yoga, relaxation and balance to students of all levels - including those who want a very gentle class, as well as those who are looking for a more physically challenging class.
New To Yoga?
We offer gentle classes, which are excellent for those who might want to try yoga but feel a bit intimidated by some of the classes out there. Gentle yoga is also excellent for people recovering from injuries, as well as those who are cultivating new habits to help reduce their stress levels.
