Summer Session Camps 2013:
ALL-in-ONE Camp
Ages 7 - 10
July 15 - 19 (Mon - Fri) -- Time: 1:00 – 3:30pm
Tuition: $175 per week
JAZZ + BALLET + HIP HOP + TAP
ART + ACTING + SINGING
This is a fun, high energy well rounded sampler of the ARTS!! Each day will be filled with creative dance and theatre arts. Students will get to sample Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Singing, Acting and Yoga. This is a wonderful way to learn more about ALL of the ARTS!! Students will perform for friends and family on the last day of the camp.
Dance Attire:
- Leotard and tights or comfortable clothing which is easy to move in or leotard and tights. Bring dance shoes, if you have them. We have some shoes we can loan as well.
Angelina Ballerina Camp 1
Ages 3 – 4.5yrs
July 22 - 26 (Mon-Fri) -- Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Tuition: $150 per week
EWMD is now an official Angelina Ballerina Dance Academy. Your little ballerina will learn new dance skills based on the book, "Angelina's Perfect Party". Activity sheets and craft projects will be included. Your little dancer will develop the love and skills of dance that will last a lifetime. Week will end with an in-class performance for family and friends.
Attire:
- Pink Leotard and tights & ballet shoes.
Angelina Ballerina Camp 2
Ages 4.5 – 6yrs
July 29 - Aug 2 (Mon-Fri) -- Time: 12:30pm – 3:00pm
Tuition: $175 per week

Princess Camp
Ages 4 – 6yrs
July 8 - 12 (Mon-Fri) -- Time: 1:00pm – 2:30pm
Tuition: $105 per week
Your little Princess can join us for a fun week of dancing and celebrating all of our favorite Princesses. Each day will focus on a different princess while including dancing, story time, games, coloring and crafts. Each little dancer will be given a wand and tiara to keep. Week will end with an in-class performance for family and friends.
Attire:
- Pink Leotard and tights & ballet shoes. (We have some shoes available to loan.)
Ages 6 - 10yrs
July 22 - 28 (Mon-Fri) -- Time: 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Tuition: $85 per week
This is a high energy, upbeat class. The class will focus on coordination, flexibility and strength through exercises. Dancers will learn the latest moves and dance to the beat by learning combinations to age appropriate popular music. The class will be fast paced and action packed, and the week will end with an in-class performance for friends and family.
Attire:
- Comfortable clothing or dancewear. Jazz shoes or tennis shoes - used for dance only, not a street shoe. (We have some dance shoes available to loan.)
Choreography
Ages 12 and up
August 12 - 18 (Mon - Fri) Time: 2:30pm - 4:00pm
Tuition: $105 per week
Dancers will learn the fundamentals of how to create or choreograph a dance. This process will include the use of space, direction, time and levels as well as improvisational skills. This class is designed for the Int-Adv students. Dancers will perform their dances at the end of the week.
Attire:
- Leotard, tights shorts or dance pants; jazz or ballet shoes.
THE ART OF DANCE
Contemporary - Jazz - Ballet
Tap - Lyrical - Modern - Turns/Jumps
Ages 11 and up
August 5 - 9 (mon - Fri) Time: 12:00 - 3:30
Tuition: $210 per week
This workshop is for those dancers who want to use their dance technique to explore the Art of dance by learning choreography, stylistic dance forms and movement exploration in a more in depth manner. Dancers will work on their performance skills, gain confidence and learn new techniques to enhance skill level. This is for the Indermediate to Advanced level student with a minimum of 3 years of dance training.
- Leotard and tights, jazz pants or dance shorts (optional).
- Jazz shoes, ballet shoes and character shoes
